Circulation Rules

  1. The collections of the library are offered to faculty & staff, students, Tatung companion and alumni to consult.
  2. Newspaper, periodical, and reference materials are limited to read in the library, please put back after reading.
  3. Please show the student's ID or identification card to enter the library.
  4. Besides the notes, stationary and books, other things cannot carry into library without permission. Please take to check when leaving the library.
  5. Please dress neatly when entering the library. It does not allow carrying with the bags, foods, and drinks, and making noise.
  6. It does not allow pre-occupying the seat. Please bring out your personal things, or we will clean out them.
  7. The library computers only use to search the library catalog and database. Do not connect BBS, and browse webs sites including sex, recreation, gamble, stock and bonds trading.

  1. 10. If other people have borrowed the books, you could reserve it online. The book will be reserve until three days after the systematic setup of returning back, and the reservation will be cancel if you do not borrow during these days. People whose borrowing books have been over the limitation cannot borrow other books before returning these books. Before paying the fine and returning any overdue books, you also cannot borrow any books.
  2. If the borrowing time has expired and you still have to borrow again, you can re-borrow through online. But if others have reserved the book, you cannot borrow again.
  3. Before paying the fine and returning any overdue books, you cannot borrow any books.
  4. When leaving, dropping out and graduating the school, the borrower cannot transact the leaving procedure without returning all books. It does not allow re- borrowing when the borrowing book is expired; you should wait for borrowing until the book put on the shelf.
  5. When we need to check, arrange, revise or bind books, we can ask for all borrowing books at anytime.
  6. If bring with the private books to enter the library, you have to register at the counter first.
  7. No foods, in order to keep the environment clean.
  8. The borrowing books cannot be lost and damaged, or the borrower has to indemnify upon the original price. Besides, the compensated books cannot be dilapidated or have any defects. If the lost books cannot be bought, the borrower has to pay as 2 times as the original price. Dependent on the pages to count, if there were not the price, NT$1/ page.
  9. It is not allow using others name to borrow books, or punishes severely.
  10. The faculty and students have to give back all books before leave the school, or refute to transact the leaving procedure.

  1. The overdue disposition

Faculty and staff borrowing the un-books materials being overdue do not allow borrowing anymore.

Students being overdue fine NT$2 per day, it does not need to fine in the extend time (3-Days)

Please go to the counter in the library at the 2nd floor of the Sun-Chih Building to pay the fine.
